I think there are far too many topics (forums)

Perhaps if you eliminated (by merging some of the topics) the forum would look a bit better and more inviting.

well it depends, you need organised discussion from the start or things will become confusing, but there are alot of topics.

Topics are good and well organised but can be more organised
