Change IE Title Bar Text
This tweak allows you to customize Internet Explorer by adding your own window title.
1 [Start] [Run] [Regedit]

2 Registry Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

3 Modify/Create the Value Name [Window Title] according to the Value Data listed below
4 Data Type: REG_SZ [String Value] // Value Name: Window Title
5 Value Data: [Enter The Text Desired In Title Bar]
6 Exit Registry and Reboot
