Remove Interference in AVI Movie Files
Interference in AVI files saved under Win9x but played in XP can be removed.
Open Windows Movie Maker
Click View and then click Options.

Remove the check mark beside Automatically create clips.
Import the movie file with interference and drag it onto the timeline. Save the movie.
Rendering will remove the interference.
